At Yamazaki Home, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If a product does not perfectly fit your space, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original product packaging and shipping box to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off the package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
